Grief/Loss

Grief is unique to every individual who is faced with losing a loved one. Grief can trigger a wide range of emotions that may be difficult and emotionally draining, especially if they are unexpected. Your grieving process will be unique to you, and everyone will heal and grieve in their own way. The first step is to acknowledge your pain, to support yourself emotionally and physically and to seek support from those who care about you and our professionals who can support you with therapy and coping methods during stressful and emotional times.
