Brielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a minor in philosophy, from Dickinson College, followed by her Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.

She is a clinical mental health counselor working towards her licensure. She plans on becoming certified in DBT, and other pursuits that will benefit her clients. She has over four years of experience in various positions working in the mental health field.

Brielle believes healing comes from being heard, seen and valued, and is committed to creating a safe space for all. She aims to provide a compassionate, curious and nonjudgmental space so that clients can bring their full selves into their treatment journey. Working together, we can find a way to our authentic selves.

Each person and their journey is unique, so the approach to treatment should be. Brielle values a client’s differences, strengths, and unique perspectives—she works with the whole person. She counsels from a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based practices and concepts from CBT, DBT, ACT, strengths-based, narrative, and trauma-informed therapies.

She has experience working with concerns including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorder, Grief/loss, Stress and trauma, Men’s issues, Life transitions, Family separation/Divorce, Relationship conflict, LGBTQIA+ concerns and Sports Performance.
